Patricia Ngo

Patricia is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers. She has 10 years of experience working in the field of Addictions and Mental Health.


Patricia likes to practice from a place of empathy and collaboration, taking an eclectic approach to ensure that clients' unique individual needs are addressed. Some of the modalities in her approach include motivational interviewing, Dialectal Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, solution-focused therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). 


Prior to joining CarePoint Health, she worked with the Rapid Access Addictions Medicine clinic at CMHA Peel Dufferin as a Concurrent Disorders Specialist. She also worked with other partnering agencies within Peel Region, such as Services and Housing In the Province (SHIP) Housing in Place program, and the Community Withdrawal Management Services program at Peel Addictions Assessment and Referral Centre (PAARC).
